I've lived next to this place for almost 3 years... and I regret that I hadn't stopped in sooner! The pan dulce was great and they had tons to chose from. The burritos were super flavorful! I tried the brisket and the rojo. The brisket one was so full of meat the tortilla couldn't contain it. The rojo tasted so good im already craving another! Also tried a single red tamale 🫔.... and I think it may have been the best tamale I've ever had! (Don't tell my mom I said that! 😬)

The food and the pastries are very good. It does get busy and the employees are kinda rude. They always look and sound annoyed, so I go every now and then.

Honestly I would recommend just about ANYTHING on their menu or in their line of baked pastries. I have been going to this bakery since they first opened and I have just about tried everything at least once. No complaints about anything and their tortillas are AMAZING. Always warm and freshly made.

Always busy with great service and food. It's a must go to place whenever I'm in town. I have never had anything that disappointed me. It's worth the drive from anywhere in the El Paso area.

Friendly and efficient staff. Everything is really good. I'm a regular. Come early and expect a line, they are going as quick as possible. Learn to queue better people. I definitely eat too many of their tortillas. The breakfast burritos are really good but so is just about everything else. I'm a big fan of posole and my wife likes the menudo.

So I had not been here for.over a year.....I am reading some reviews and it makes me realize that the el paso food scene is very tough. There is soooo much good food around. The pozole caldo has a very rich deep flavor....very good....the tamales are very tasty....the masa is moist and flavorful.....I had lost touch with these tamales.....been a big fan of colombian tamales.....too totally different worlds!!!!! El Prado your tamales are amazingly tasty....your pozole is wonderful. I will not take soooo long between my return visits......and do not forget the hot flour tortillas!!!!!!! Omgoodness!!! Love you all!!!!
